I live in Alaska, so you can imagine it's difficult for me to get back East where most of my family & ancestors are buried. I did get these two from the Prosper Cemetery in Woodstock,VT. If anyone has pictures of the cemetery itself, I'd love to see them or even get copies.|

I have requested the correction and once the page has been moved I will take down my memorial and transfer the photo.

You asked for photo of George R. Armstrong at Old Orchard Cemetery. If you change your cemetery location from Marshall County to Lincoln County you will find your man. Old Orchard is in Petersburg, but the town is divided by the county line and the cemetery is in Lincoln, Not Marshall County, Tennessee

I am you cousin Carol Nielsen - grew up in Lincoln, Vt. I believe your Mom is my Aunt Frances, who moved to Alaska in the 60's
I am so excited to see Mom's mother and grandmother's gravestones in Prosper, Vt. we found both of the gravestones about 14 yrs ago when we went on trip down memory lane for Mom. We found her Grandfather too - he is buried with his family. I will have to dig that one up - but we did find him too.
Mom passed away this year - she lived with us the last 1.5 yrs. I was lucky to have that time. My dad passed in 1998 of lung cancer.
all of six kids live all over the country.
Tell about you guys - where is everyone? Sure hope this is you

hope to talk with you soon!

Sorry but I had to delete the photos that I had added to your Hannah Symmes memorial.
Upon further research I learned that there were two Hannah Symmes buried next to each other. One was your memorial; Hannah Symmes who died Oct. 1, 1773 the other was Hannah Symmes who died Dec. 13, 1783.
I put the wrong "Hannah" photos on your memorial, your Hannah's gravestone crumbled to the ground and is no longer there.
