My Mother grew up in Sieper, LA - her famiy is Ivey/Burns & Monk/Cutts. Ivey kin in Montgomery Co., TX also.
My McDaniel husband grew up in Oakdale, LA. His line is McDaniel/Ardoin & Wiggins/Ballard.
Mine and my husbands family meet up way back there as my great-great-grandmother Julia Ann Ballard Monk is a sister of William Thomas Ballard who is my husband's great-grandfather! | |
