Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a family historian researching my genealogical roots since 1973 with a database of more than 18,400 names, all with sources and many with notes and stories that need told. I have written several short biographies on various famiy members and continue working on others.

Among my progenitors is my fourth great-grandfather William Bloom (1752-1828) who was one of the earliest pioneer settlers of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. His posterity now numbers in the tens of thousands and their families and far-reaching influence have spread to every corner of the country.

See my blog entry: "Family History and The Story Tellers" at this link:

Antes, Bloom, Hoopengardner, Hull, Latrobe, Lines, Passmore, Patton and Wertz families.
Mostly from Germany, England, Ireland, New Jersey & Pennsylvania.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...
Rick you are amazing!
I was adding your wonderful photos informative notes to Elizabeth (Leach) Meacham in my research tree on Ancestry. And, I see you have added and updated photos for all the Meacham family of Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery, Renton, King Co, Washington, USA.
My research on this family began with their daughter and granddaughter sharing the same grave in Sylvan Cemetery, Howard Lake, Wright Co, Minnesota, USA.

You are so very thoughtful, truly a cemetery angel.

Yes, the Brad's Hill monument is near his childhood home. It is about a mile from the cemetery.

Gladly transferred your relative over to your care. I replaced the 'bio' section with the official notice so you could start from scratch.

Hi Rick,
Happy to transfer your family members. Haven't seen you lately at the FW Family History Library.
Margaret (Tuesday) and Connie (Friday) say "Hi".

Let me know if there is anything else I can do. If there is a memorial placed for her I would be happy to go back and take a picture for you.

Hi Rick,

I went to Gate of Heaven today to take your picture. Unfortunately there was never a marker put down for Mary. She is buried in the same row as a Rose Baptista. I don't know if she is related to Mary are not. The office told me that Mary's grandchildren, Kimberly and Scott purchased the plot but no one ever put up a marker for her. I'm so sorry that I couldn't be of more help. I did take a picture of where she is buried and the markers near her.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
