|I have lived in the Wenatchee Valley, WA for most of my life and currently live in Cashmere, WA. I have 2 children. My daughter likes to go with me to search for memorials. |
If I find a memorial at Cashmere Cemetery for someone and post it, I will also try to provide a mapped location with the picture. If the grave is unmarked, I will still provide either the plot number, the map or both.

May I have your permission to download the photo of the gravestone of Hallie P. Scaman? I would like to upload it into my Ancestry family tree.
Thank you for your consideration.
|Mark Vernon||Huusberger or however it is spelled|
Thank you for the great photo of The Huusberger/Hunspercer/Hunsberger monument. What a name! It never appears the same. I went by the obit version I stumbled on. That is a very fancy monument.
|Mark Vernon||Bixlers of Cashmere|
I have just created entries for:
Kenneth Traver Bixler
Perry J. Bixler
Doretta T. Bixler
Harriet I. Bixler
I have put out a photo request for them just because I have been told by others on this website that it was correct procedure!!! I am still new to this site and am learning my way around.
They await your photos. A big thank you!
My next step is to get their obits. I just looked them up on the Chelan County Genweb site and have their deathdates. I also found a bunch of other Bixlers buried in the Cashmere Cemetery so I will put out requests for them as well.

Thank you for William and Jay Simpson, and my great grandmother Hallie!!! Some of my family went to find her gravestone once and couldn't find it.
Yes please for Ruth Bixler. She was Auntie Ruthie.
Please let me know if I can do any newspaper article lookups for you in return. I use the University of Washington's collection of Newspapers on microfilm. I have access to the Wenatchee Daily World and others. The Cashmere Valley Record from 1909 to mid 1940s.....for example. They have proven a gold mine to me.

Thanks so much for the pictures of Lucius and Bertha Eddy's gravestones, we really appreciate it.
|Mark Vernon||Berm Simpson|
Thank you for the photo of Berm Simpson's gravestone!

Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph these for me. I lost touch with my Aunt Jessie a few years ago and was sad to find out that she had passed. :(

Thank you for finding Nona! Now this is really strange, the ones who found her parents couldn't find Nona and you didn't see her parents. I wonder why they aren't together. Who is with Nona?
|Dancing With Ghosts||You are so welcome|
I do understand. Another member (Michael Hutchison) just took a picture of my father's crypt plate. I had never seen it and he died when I was 13. I cried (good tears).
I am so glad I can do this for someone else. I guess that is how Find A Grave works **smiles**.
Hugs My friend

Thanx for taking the time to get to Cashmere cemetery. I'm not sure why I put Bessie in there as I don't have any burial info for her.
