RE: James George
Lillian Thurmond was the daughter of Charles J. Andrae. She was born about 1896 and died 1933 age 37.
Nannie E. George Andrae 1881-1931 Find A Grave # 33719272 says she is the wife of Charles J. Andrae. Was he also married to a Mary George Andrae?
Since he was born in 1869, I think that he would be more likely to be a half-brother of Lillians mother, whichever one is her mother.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Mavis

While updating the Breckenridge Cemetery, I photographed the tombstone and added it to the memorial. If it doesn't meet with your approval, I will delete it. Have a blessed day.

RE: Jesse Wheeler Lamar Co.
Don't know if I have ever replied to this message (if not, sorry its taken so long).

We are not sure how they are related. Most prob. a cousin. Jesse Wheeler comes from Hall County, Ga. while Jesse Jones Wheeler comes from Spartanburg. The family seems to have split before going to Spartanburg/Hall Counties one line going one place and the other going another and both ending up rejoining each other in Lamar County, AL. We are and have been conducting DNA tests on both lines trying to figure out exactly where the line split and possibly who the original ancestor was. We also have a facebook group for people kin to either line of these wheelers. Please email me a and I can give you that info if its something you need.

RE: Jesse Wheeler Lamar Co.
We are not exactly sure. Jesse Wheeler is my great great grandfather and we have pending DNA tests that will hopefully close the gap and help us know. Most of is think they were prob cousins. The family intermarried after the two Jesse's and most likely before also.

RE: Holdridge
Your family, Arthur Henry and Emmie Deaton Holdridge. I believe that is correct spelling . So forgive Me if it is not. The person who had them is no longer active , so I got them so that they could stay in family. Will transfer them

RE: Holdridge marker
Cindy, as you can see this is an address I rarely check. Please feel free to use the Holdridge picture/pictures. It is not a problem for me.

Merry Christmas,
