Daniel Gering
Correct spelling of last name should be Goering, since that is the way it is listed on his head stone.

We have two memorials for the same person. I know yours was first but mine has the correct spelling. Would you mind deleting your Daniel Gering? Thanks for your consideration.

PS: I know Daniel Gering is listed as such in GRANDMA 7, #292506, but I think the head stone spelling should be the final word.

Regarding my edit for her memorial. If she died in 1958, how could she have married Jonas H. Vogt in 1962. I am fortunate to have access to several sources to confirm the date I provided. Thanks for your patience with all my edits.

RE: Anna Goering
The mother of Anna Graber was Freni Graber Graber born Dec. 20, 1872, died Aug 8, 1956. She is buried in the Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery. Anna's father was Christian Graber born Sept. 6, 1868 and died Oct. 1, 1914 after some type of accident while they were living in North Dakota. After his death, Freni moved back to South Dakota with some of the children to be near her family.

I assume Christian is buried in the Alsen, North Dakota cemetery with two of his brothers but he is not listed and I cannot prove that. There is no other burial listed for him on Find A Grave. That is why I've only listed the mother on my edit. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.

The Christian and Freni you have listed did have a daughter Anna. She was also married to a Jonas, but his last name was Kaufman.

If you would please move Jonathan J.J. Preheim and his wife Ida from the Freeman City Cemetery to the Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery in Turner County, South Dakota, I will delete my memorials and add my photos to yours. Thanks.

Could I possibly have ownership of Jeanne Krehbiel? She was my Grandmother.

Thanks Teresa Krehbiel LaRose
