RE: Clifton Keller
You are very welcome! I was so happy to be able to finally find Clifton - I was looking for another family and there he was! Not at all where I expected. Good luck on your family tree - I've been having great fun with mine for close to 20 years! Barb

Clifton Keller grave - photo request
Ken - I went over to St Teresa of Avila cemetery today, to look for Clifton's grave site. I could not find it. I did find Ralph & Thelma Keller's graves (both are in one grave space), as well as Albert, Mollie & Catherine's graves (all three are marked in this one grave space). Between the grave markers, there is a blank space, no marker. This could be where Clifton is. I could not find any other Kellers in the cemetery. If you do know that Clifton has a marker, I will look again. Barb

Hi Ken
I saw you name on Grandmothers Grave page, I guess you and I are cousins, Grandma Adaline Shifflett was my Great Grandma on my Dad's mothers side. My dad was Claude Paul, He was the son on Mary Cathernie Shifflett and Willie Paul. And I can remember Grandma Adaline very well and love her dearly. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Ken,

Looks like we have Nicholas Long in common. My connection is through Susannah (Long) Grady. Would love to share information since I don't have anything on your line. Donnie in Indiana

Hi there!
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I do know the name Amanda Carmack...I've really just started to do family research and don't have all that much when it comes to my grandmother's side. I'm hoping to make a trip to VA next month to actually find Amanda's and hopefully other family members graves.

Hi Ken,
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your request. I have had computer issues, but it is better now. I do have quite a few pictures and info on the Shiflet family. Fairwick & Adeline were my great-grandparents, their son James(Jim) was my grandfather. I have a family tree on with a lot of info. The tree name is James McKinley Shiflet, If you want to view the tree send me your email address and I will put you in as an invited guest and you want have to pay a fee. And feel free to copy any of the info and pictures that you want. Also if you have pictures and info on the family I would love for you to email them to me. How are you related to Fairwick and Adeline?

Hi Ken,

Glad to see some new members on Find A Grave. This is a very interesting and informative site, I hope you will have some things from your family to add. I will email you information on my Long family line and you can see if we connect in any way. My Longs came to the Knoxville, TN ares from Haywood Co. in western NC. They came to Haywood Co. from Rutherford Co., NC in the early 1800's.

Thanks for contacting me
