Hi
I live in the UK and have a passion for both (vintage) Classic Movies and Family History, which is a nice combination if you want to draw up a Tree for those stars who mean the most to you. In my case, Robert Douglas (1909 -1999).
I've been in my current job all my working life (28 years), and now I want a change. The biggest impact of recent times was the loss of my beloved dog, Tina. So my motto in life for those who want more fulfillment - "The brave may not live for ever, but the cautious do not live at all" | |

 | Hello Hi Alison,
Thank you for your note.
I love leaving messages on Find A Grave. Especially the old time movie stars.
Take care

 | Hi!! Hi Alison, Great to hear from you!! I became a fan of Robert's as a young boy when I first seen him in "The Prisoner of Zenda". He inspired me and still does to this day. He brought so much to his portrayals and its fantastic that people can visit my memorial to him. I don't really know much about Suzanne however I'm sure you know he was married to Dorothy Hyson for a couple of years. He fought in the war with the RAF and then settled in America to pursue his career. Sorry for not writing back to you sooner as I've just been swamped. Take care and sending my best, Paul.Added by Paul on Oct 16, 2008 7:43 AM | | |
