Recently was gifted with generous people in the Ontario, Canada area who went out of their way to locate graves and other family material for me as I researched the Stewart/Jones/White family line. It was so fantastic that I decided to return the favor. |
Starting while on a trip to Pennsylvania, my husband (being the great guy that he is) went around with me to "document some cemeteries". We found Stoddartsville Cemetery and took pictures of over 80 graves. After posting the pictures, someone contacted me wondering about my relationship to the cemetery. When I told them that I was simply returning a favor they were floored. Since then I have photographed Blakeslee Cemetery in PA and met with a grassroots ad hoc committee that is trying to keep the Stoddartsville Historic District maintained and documented. It has been great fun and very interesting.
Being our family historian, I am very interested in the following family lines: Stewart, Easley, Whitton, Davis, Harrell, Ellington, Cliett, White, Ridgeway and many more.
Submit a lot of profiles, information and stories to www.ancestry.com. Along with that I try to provide a link to individual www.findagrave.com profiles.
Very happy to photograph cemeteries in the San Diego County or Orange County areas of California. If you have updated information for any of my postings please let me know. Very happy to update information as it comes to me.
San Diego, CA

Hi, Laura. I was at Greenfield today to fulfill your photo request. I noticed there was no memorial for Helen's husband, Henry, so I created one & added the photo. If you need that transferred, let me know. -Ken

I see that you have listed two children for John Collinsworth. He and Rebecca Claxton had a total of 12. It would take a lot of space to list them all!
I, too am researching the Davis family. A daughter of John's and Rebecca's was my g-grandmother, and she married Daniel B. Davis, who is also buried at Yadon Cemetery.

We spoke a few years back regarding Adelia and Elmer. I was wondering if you would happen to have any photos of them? If so I would be very interested in copies of them. I would gladly pay for the photos, postage, your expense and time were you inclined to share them with me.
Have a great day,

Thanks for linking William to his family

James W Stewart in the Iowa, Cemetery Records, 1662-1999
He isn't the same person as your James Stewart.
Hope this helps

You have this in the wrong Cemetery. This is a newer cemetery, He and his wife should be in "Old Ellsworth" which they are with pictures of their stones. If you would move them to the correct cemetery I will add my pictures to your memorial and delete mine. Thanks

I completed your photo request for Matilda Harris. She is with her husband Wilmon Harris. There is an existing memorial for Matilda under the name of Tillie Harris that was completed before yours, but is not as complete. There are photos the crypt of both Tillie and Wimon. I added the photos I took of Mrs. Harris' crypt to your memorial. The memorial for Wilmon has an incorrect spelling of his name, so I submitted an edit to the manager of that memorial. I would suggest you coordinate with the manager of those memorials and have them transferred to you and then you can keep or delete whichever you chose.

What a wonderful obituary! It has been added to her memorial.
Since she is your relative, would you like to manage her memorial? If so, please let me know.
