I have forwarded your request on to Dominique Portier here on FindAGrave. I believe he would be best with helping you as I was only given a little information. I would also suggest you message Pami (click the name below the picture of Robert Oker). I hope this helps you out.

I do not know him personally, however, if you'd like me to transfer him to you I will do so. There is an amazing story with him.

You are welcome.

You're welcome :) I go out every Friday morning; let me know if you have any other requests for Ft Logan.
|Patricia Elison||RE: John J Modell|
Yes he was a Prisoner of War. I just posted his obituary on his memorial for more information. He was a distant cousin of mine so I don't have details. You may want to contact Susan Modell Huston who posted a note on his memorial, he was her uncle. Thank you for asking, it is reminder of what we really celebrate Memorial Day for.

Absolutely Uncle Warren was a POW in France!!! Is there a way for me to see this roster??? My personal email address is BHinchman@aol.com. I am sorry it took so long for me to reply, I haven't been on this website in awhile! I am interested in finding out this information that you have!

No, I don't know the POW camp. My data came from the headstones I photographed and presented on his memorial.
