I have been researching my family for the past 15 years. I started when my mother asked me to find her Dungans. We only knew the names of her parents and her grandparents and the first name of her great grandmother. All her cousins and aunts and uncles had either grownup and moved away or had passed away. Her memory was alive with these people and her love of them had stayed in her heart and memory all that time. At first the search was difficult but then the doors opened and a flood of information began to appear. First we met one cousin and then others. The last time she had seen them was when they were little kids. Some 70 years later we know about 300 of the family members and enjoy the search even more. Findagrave has enable us to find their resting places. It is so important to know where they are. It gives you that "all is well" feeling.

need to get plot location
I am presently trying to fulfill your request for a photo of the grave at San Fernando
cemetery. I have run into a problem the office does not want to look up anymore of my request (I called to many times now) for grave location and if they know there is a headstone. if you can call the office and request the plot location and if they know of a headstone you can post it on the memorial. I will go out and take a photo. The office number is 210-432-2364

RE: Anna and Ebenezer Billings
As I remember, there were more stones with the name of Billings. If I get a chance, I will return to great planes Cemetery After Christmas to see what I can find. It is a secluded ground way in the woods on a dirt road in North Stonington Ct. Many of the stones are 1700 to 1800. There is also a Billings lake not too far from there.

Pate's ~ Hollywood Cemetery
Hello Judy. You requested a photo for a Pate at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, VA. And you wondered if there might be other Pate's? There's an online lookup, 19 Pate's are listed HERE. Rich.

Clarence Billings
Judy,
I did the best I could with the photo.
The stone is old and badly worn.
The grave next to Clarence is Letha May Billings 1897-1986. I created the memorial with a picture of her stone. I assume this is his wife.
If you wish I will gladly transfer the memorial to you.
