Thank you so much for taking this photo for me! Would you allow me to use it for my family history research?

Joan, Once again I really appreciate the picture and your giving what is on the headstone as I think it might be hard to read from the picture.
Excellent work.

RE: Hatch Spaulding
Thanks for the update. When I was going back through my paperwork, I realized my error. Part of me thinks that naming children after the parents and other family members was a good idea. Then other times not.

I'll do more searching.

According to 2 books: The Spalding Memorial by Charles Warren Spalding and The Spalding Memorial by Samuel Jones Spalding...both indicate his DOB as 21 Apr 1839.

RE: Claremont
Hi Joan, You had mentioned in an earlier post about
the Pleasant Street Cemetery in Claremont needing photos. I noticed that an inactive member owns the memorials. Do you know how we go about updating memorials with an inactive member?
I have been adding photos to memorials this winter from outings this past summer and am starting to think about April (if Spring will ever get here!) outings.
So, in doing so, went to the cemetery (online) you mentioned needing photos and realized it is an inactive member and wondered what we can do to update memorials in this situation?
:) Stephanie
