 | Edward Moran St. Peter's Westernport I saw your request for a photo for Edward Moran's tombstone. There is no existing tombstone for Edward at St. Peter's. In fact, burial records for St. Peter's Cemetery do not begin until 1896 so there is no way to verify for certain that he is buried there. It is highly likely that he is, however, as he and his family were members there, and his children were baptized there. He died in Piedmont. There was and is no cemetery in Piedmont. Everyone who died in Piedmont was buried in Philos Cemetery in Westernport if they were Protestant or St. Peter's in Westernport if they were Catholic. I hope this helps you. I am going to send you a photo of the gate of St. Peter's that I took a few summers ago. I think it's a realy pretty picture and thought you might like to have it. | Josiah Beeghly Hi Susan I'm glad you found my error, must have been half asleep when I entered that data!! I've corrected it now. You'll find several "trees" for Beeghly on the RootsWeb's WorldConnect Project. Also, I have some info from 1938 given to me by a family member. Happy hunting. | Haslam's in Murray Hi Susan,
Thanks for your suggest a correction. I found that there were several duplicates created for Thomas, Samuel and Henry Haslam so I have put in a request with Find A Grave to have them merged into the original's. I have made added the info to memorial 129312 for Thomas once merged the pictures will be added over to this one. If you have any questions please let me know.

 | Amanda Perkins Susan thank you for contacting me. I have notes written by James Perkins in his little black book he carried in his pocket. He states: Seward Ma Perkins was burred there native stone marker. Cemetery records on line for Seward Cem., Seward Logan Co., OK states: Amanda Perkins, 1833 - Dec 19, 1886 53 yrs old ; moved Feb 8, 1894 from a site near the railroad right of way ; grave unmarked. Then I found the marriage registration. I really don't know which is correct now. I believe it was a relative of Lurana Cutting that gave me her maiden name, It can be wrong. I removed the maiden name until proven.
