Regarding Florence Turner-Mount Peace
Regarding your photo request for Florence Turner on 5/6/2013 in Mount Peace Cemetery, Lot 100F:
Mount Peace lot F-100 contains 6 members of the Moore family with 3 "Moore" headstones listed on the burial record. Is Florence buried in there with them? We did not see any "Turner" stone when we looked last month. I am trying to get additional clarification in case we get back there for a second look. Thanks. -JohnF

VanGuilder Cemetery
Hi! VanGuilder is out in the country and if you can wait for warmer days, I will try to run up there and see what I can find. The cemetery records that are published by the Knox Co. Genealogical Society list all three MCanns so there should be stones. pam

Gregory Hull

Some reason it sent before I was done writing.
The staff at Mt. Olivet said that Gregory is there with Roy and Maxine, but there is not a gravestone at this time.
Do you know if he was cremated or not?
I will keep checking back with the staff in a few weeks. I will probably unclaim as it will be a while before it has any tombstone.

re: Woodruffs at Long Creek, Louisa Co, Iowa
I have started added some of the Woodruff family memorial photos that you have requested at Long Creek Cemetery, Louisa Co, Iowa. Though I endeavored to take a photo of as many as I could find, I regret that some of the photos are more successful than others (including a photo for Parkis Woodruff which has a Grand Army of the Republic star next to it). The vegetation planted (presumably by the Woodruff family) around and among the monuments for this family made it extremely difficult to get a better photo. A trip during the early spring, or during a snowless winter may provide better results. Unfortunately I do not live close to this cemetery. I will try to get the photos I have and which are clear online in the next several days.

Lucy True---N12
Gorden True---N12

I have posted photos for the ones I have. I will get back there and get the rest of the requests for you.
