Bio Photo I am researching my family circle (Chappelow, Klotzsche, Lichlyter and Stickford) as I call it and decided to put my findings on Find A Grave hoping to maybe get some help filling in some of the holes. If you see anyone related or a friend to you please get in touch with me. I would be interested in knowing how you are related or a family friend.

If you have questions about anyone, please get in touch with me.

If anyone finds any mistakes in what I have posted, please let me know and we will go from there.

Mathias/Delawder stuff
I am starting some basic family tree searching for myself and my husband. My husband's cousin is very into genealogy and sent us a basic ahnentafel of my husband's family (from his dad). No places, just dates and names. We have Delawder, Mathias, Disponet (sp) in the list. According to this, Jacob and Lydia had a daughter in 1863 (May or Mary Jane Mathias). According to this list from him, May/Mary Jane Mathias is his Gr Gr Grandmother and Lydia and Jacob are my husbands Gr Gr Gr Grandparents. I've just started punching this list into Ancestry and several other trees are showing that there were several kids. But no sources to prove it that I can see. I haven't dug into the census records yet, but I'm sure you have since you have been talking about it on here. Any thoughts? I also had Jacob's mom married to a Susanna Snyder (but I notice it is Fitzwater on the headstone). I have the same years, just different last name. Like I said, I'm very new at this, so thank you for any insight you may have!

Hi Your right on Lydia Delawder,She never married Benjamin
Harris(orHarrison),She had Melvina With him.Now Jacob Mathias My Gr Gr
Grandfather was Widow when he married Lydia Delawder (My Gr Gr
Grandmother)Lydia Was Single,But had Melvina. My Great Uncle Louis Mathias
Said Jacob Had A Daughter Francila(Not sure really who's last name she
used)Susan Rohrbaugh was Francelia's Mom.My Uncle Said Francelia Married
Abraham Whitmer.Lydia's Melvina Married Jacob Shireman(Sherman).Alot of
people are putting Francelia as Lydias Daughter.I check the census and the
only child living with Jacob And Lydia was Melvina And My Gr Grandpa William
Mathias.I'm not sure who raised Francelia, but when she married Abraham
Mathias She put her last name as Chrisman unless it was her middle name.I
found a F Chrisman Living with Lydia's Parents John Delawder And Jane
Jenkins, but shes not listed as a grandchild! Its still a real mystery. But my
great Uncle Louis Mathias(Son of William Mathias)says Francelia was Jacobs
In Jenkins Book they got it messed up!But they had not found a member of my
family. So they thought Lydia only had one kid Period! If you find anything
out could you let know? Thanks so much!
