I'm very interested in Genealogy and American History. Since I've gotten started I've been able to document two Revolutionary War Patriot ancestors (John Spicer - Soldier & Jacob Brumbaugh - Provided Supplies) and numerous other war veterans. I've had a lot of help along the way and am willing to help others. I'm also a member of the SAR (Sons of the American Revolution #172512).|
If you find a mistake feel free to notify me. Also, if you're related to any of my memorials I will happily transfer the memorial to you (Unless I'm related to them).
I'm interested in the following lines:

Looking for a solid connection for Rebecca/Rebecka Davis Allis/Ellis to her supposed parents, Isaac Davis & Charity Hall, and sibling, Reuben Davis (m. to Mary Polly Abbott). Reuben Davis was born 13 Mar 1764 in Tyringham, Berkshire, Massachusetts, USA & died in 1810 in Pompey, Onondaga, New York. The will for Isaac Davis names wife, Charity, & children Rebecka and Reuben, along with other siblings (John, Sarah, Mary, Soloman/Solomon, Nathan, Charity, & Isaac)), but does not mention any of their married names, spouses, or grandchildren. Also, Truman Leonard Jr mentions Lemuel Allis/Ellis family and his parents, Truman Leonard Sr & Roxanna Allis/Ellis in his journals with visits and other family history he found (accessed thru BYU Perry Collections). Reuben Davis names his last born, Lemuel Allis/Ellis, as found in his will. My Mother is also a Wing. Thank you! Jackie Coleman email@example.com

Hi Ron. If you're not related, I would be happy to take over maintenance of the memorials for Ezra Fisher (#37994125) and his wife, Iona Fisher (#37994128). Iona was my grandmother's aunt, and Iona and Ezra were both Mason COunty WV folks. I would like to be able to link them with their parents and add their children. Thanks !!!
|James Blodgett||Delmer and Jay Byam|
Just checking to see if you have any more information on Delmer and Jay Byam? The 1880 census for Byron, Genesee County, New York, page 3, has Jay Byam on line 20 under who I presume to be his mother Frances A. Sherwood Byam. I cannot locate a memorial to Frances. Delmer Byam is in the 1880 census in Litchfield, Medina County, Ohio with spouse Catharine. Did Frances and Delmer divorce, which was practically unheard of back in those days.
Hi Ron, in response to your question, was I your fourth grade teacher, the answer is no, I never taught school a day in my life, :~) My last name is FARST, not First, you probably just got me mixed up?? Do you live in the Richland County, Ohio area?

for Mary A Spicer.
I am hoping you are a Spicer family member and can maybe help me:
I have George W Spicer married to 3 wives:
1) Mary A ( ? ),Spicer married 1840-1845
2) Eliza J (Cain), Spicer married 2-25-1845
3) Mary L (Street),Craig,Spicer married 8-20-1863
If George married #2 in 1845
#1 didn't die until 1898
Did they divorce???
I thought she died and he remarried.
Also, may I transfer the photos to Ancestry.com on their pages?
I am related throught #3 wife Mary L Street......
|turkeys4me||RE: Helen Banks Kennedy|
I am helping my cousin, Richard Smith, with his family tree. I am not related by blood to this line, but Richard is related by blood to Helen's husband, Rollie Spicer (they are first cousins twice removed). From the photos you have posted, Richard thinks he remembers seeing Rollie's son, Ray, at a Smith family reunion back in the 60s or early 70s at Mt. Gilead, OH.
