Oh, not sure of the connection of Jodie Hope and Caleb but I'm confident that they are related. My family has not been able to find any information on her. I believe that her father was Edward H. Hope son of Caleb Hope. Would love to get confirmation and evidence.

RE: Hello
Hello Justin,
I'm more than willing to share information with you on the Stanfield side of the family. The one thing that I know for sure is that my great grandmother was Jodie Hope who was married to Desque Stanfield. Desque was the son of James W. Stanfield who was also the father of Effie Stanfield Hope.

WATSON
Since the requests for two Watson tombstone photos have not been filled, I already had photos and I have added these to John DeForest Watson, Sr. and John Thomas Watson memorials.

Lanes Chapel Cemetery, Red River County, Texas
Mr. Hope,

Hello. My name is Clinton D. English. I have been searching for my great grand aunt, Fronie Ethel Martin who is supposed to be buried in the Lanes Chapel Cemetery. Since I found where you had taken a photo of a Lanes Chapel Cemetery in Red River County, Texas, I figure you might have information as to whether this is the only Lanes Chapel Cemetery in the area. My great aunt lived in Paris, Texas, but was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas Texas, where she died. This was in April of 1971. Her death certificate indicates that she was taken to Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, but the disposal of her remains were in Lanes Chapel Cemetery. I assumed there was a Lanes Chapel Cemetery in Lamar County. To you knowledge, is there any other Lanes Chapel besides the one in Red River County? Any information would be greatly appreciated as I have been searching for her for three years and just recently found her death certificate. I uploaded a memorial for her on Find a Grave if you would care to look at it. I also uploaded a copy of her death certificate.

Thanks,

Clinton D. English
San Francisco, CA.
