Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a a retired Lady for 28 years genie researcher and live in Rail Road Flat, California. That is in the Sierra Foothills of Gold Country. I am near Jackson, Sutter Creek, Valley Springs, San Andreas, Pine Grove, Volcano,Pioneer. The cemeteries here are very old and many are decrepit with a lot of headstones damaged and some missing. But we do have a few that are simply beautiful.

I do spend a lot of time on my genealogy because I love it so much and seem to be in a phase where so much of it is coming together.

I belong to a small genealogy group called the Mtn. Genes. I still hold out hope to get back to the midwest and do some serious genealogy research and of course cemetery walking! I love cemeteries!

Nina McInnes
Thank you for taking the photo of Nina McInnes's grave. She is one of the few women out of more than 350 people who died at the wheel of a drag race car on a drag strip.

Lillie Griggsū

Hi Bobbie,

Thank You for the message that you are looking for Lillian. I have some current in put for this. Not knowing her daughter had somewhat of a picture of it, but not a good one. it showed her mom's gravestone was almost like a small stick sticking out of the ground. It say in front of a larger in ground stone. There is a large tree near the spot. If i can be more helpful please email me.
Thank You so much.

PS yes, Lester Griggs was her husband.

Regards,
Lisa

Thank you so much for the photo of my cousin, "Royce". Living as far away as I do, I would have never seen it had it not been for your generosity in helping. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

RE: Amador Memorial Cemetery
My brother apparently wanted to be buried up in this area, although his grave is very far away from the family. I haven't been there since the memorial service in 1989. I hope there is a marker there.
