I added pictures of the three uncovered headstones: Nancy Walling, Ruthey Glenn and M M Real. We received so much rain last night and today the stones surely got a good cleaning.

Just wanted to keep you updated. Yesterday we built fence and repaired damaged headstones. Today we did more repairs and a sign was placed at the cemetery. Some headstones are beyond repair due to the damage that was caused when a portion of chain link fence was pushed onto the graves. While digging and hunting for stone peices I found three more headstones that we weren't able to find before. I will add those pictures in a few days. Hopefully now that the cemetery is cleaned it will receive more family visitors and they will help keep it maintained.

Just wanted to let you know that my mom and I ask our County Executor if he could please have the Walling Cemetery cleaned. It was cleaned! I noticed that another lady from this area has posted a recent picture, so be sure and check it out. Now it's time to repair broken headstones.

|farmtn||RE: James & Phoebe Walling|
Your very welcome. The Walling cemetery has been neglected for many years so several stones have been broken or moved. After I posted the picture of James and Phoebe I realized it is the younger James in the picture. James Sr is a few yards away. There are several unmarked graves and most appear to be children. There was a couple headstones I couldn't reach for all the small trees and undergrowth. I plan on going back and this time I am taking a saw!

Sorry about posting the wrong photo. I have removed it. We are planning on heading back to that cemetery to try and find more. We will look for the correct Elizabeth Boyd next time.

Sorry, I couldn't read any dates on the original stone, and I have no personal knowledge of his birth/death dates.
