hi there
Hi Karen,

I didn't realize that you had left me that message from back in March, I just came across it today.

I do have a copy of Charles M Stopp' s death cert. Do you happen to know any other details of his life?

RE: Melvin Johnson Photo
Sorry it's not a great picture, as the top of the stone has sunk into the ground. I didn't have the tools with me to dig away some of the soil, but I'll go back when it's warmer.

RE: Joseph Talbott - Civil War Letter
Thanks Karen,

Joseph Talbott, is not related to me directly, but there are some of his decsendants still living around here. Joseph is buried in the Harlem Springs Cemetery, which is less then a half mile from where I live. He served in the Civil War with my 2nd great-grandfather, and many of his cousins, and brothers. It would be neat to have. I will see if any of his relation are interested. I have all of my 2nd great-grandfather, Civil War letters, plus many from other relation who served in the War. I also have picturs of him, plus others, in their Civil War uniforms.

Thanks again, Richard P. Culler
