# 113894465 is a duplicate of # 113895389.
Would you be so kind as to delete the first mentioned memorial page as the second already has an obit, photos and family links.
Thank you.

Thank you so much. I'd appreciate that greatly. This is what I have including an except from "Gold Pans and Single Trees". I only have date of death from gold pans and single trees. I was unable to find an exact date of death. Anything you can find that might definitive connect him to that grave would be greatly apprecited. Thank you again.

William Robinson born in Lancahire or Stockport England on February 19, 1847 son of Joseph Robinson. Married Elizabeth Davin July 5, 1867 in Lancahire in England immigrated to America in 1869 and lived in Lincoln Montana until his death in 1895.

Excerpt from Gold Pans and Single Trees

William and Elizabeth Robinson

The Robinson Family was another first family of Lincoln Gulch which also moved to a ranch mile west of Lincoln in the Stonewall area. William Robinson was born February 19, 1847, Cashire England. On July 7, 1867, he married Elizabeth Davis who was born April 12 1847. In 1869, William arrived in the United States and settled in Lincoln Gulch. Elizabeth and their son Jimmy, followed in less than a year. Another child who was born enroute died aboard ship and was buried at sea.

In their cabin in Lincoln Gulch they had seven children: Joe, Annie, Charlie, Mary, Bob, Lily, and Tom. Nellie, Sadie, Sam and Arthur were born mile west of Lincoln.

According to the family stories, the children played lots of games on the ranch including one where they took off their socks and shoes and then ran around in below zero weather to see who could stand it the longest. They once took advantage of a warm Chinook that blew in. The children took a tarp and held on to the corners and were blown across the fields. Soon a big storm came up and the temperature dropped from 35 above to 30 below in an hour.

William Robinson died in 1895, and Elizabeth sold the ranch, on which son Tom ran purebred Black Angus Cattle, the first in the area, to Jared Watkins from Great Falls, Montana. The last of the Robinsons moved from the area in 1908. Elizabeth died in Helena in 1912. Tom became the owner-operator of the hotel at Elk Horn, Montana.

(James Robinson became postmaster of the Lincoln post office from May 19, 1884 to June 10, 1887)

I don't know if you remember our conversation awhile back. I am the great great granddaughter of William Robinson (1847-1895). I was wondering since you work with the historical society if you might have some thoughts on how to determine if this grave does belong to William Robinson. I haven't found any W Robinson that were residence at the time in question except William. However, I know you have more experience in this area than me. I would appreciate any advice you can give me in establishing that this is William's grave. Thank you, again.

Susan Stone
Walrath Family
Hi, I am sending you information you might not have. Someone has linked Frederick F Walrath with Rev Frederick Walrath and Catharine Anguish Walrath. They had 7 Children, Marion Walrath Merrill, Edward Walrath, Sarah Walrath Taylor, John Henry Walrath, Joel R Walrath, Catharine Elizabeth "Kate" Walrath Fisk, and Clifford Frederick Walrath. I not sure but this Frederick F Walrath I believe is a relation but is not their child. Email if I can help in any way.

RE: Caroline Conover
No problem! I assume that you are aware that there are also CONOVER children buried in the Sacred Heart Cemetety that is located on the west side of the RC Cemetery.

Warden, Eliza Woods
I did more searching on Horace's family and have decided that this is not my Woods family... may be connected but not my direct line. Do you want me to tx back to you? I am sorry for messing up on this - I won't add my family to her at this time.

RE: Michael Maloney (1936-1992)
Don't worry! No rush here :)

It's so strange, I read 1892 and the stone seems to be so old, not the kind you expect to find in 1992.

Thank you for the answer :)
