Jacob Grossman
Hello! My memorial to Jacob was merged into yours for some reason. Jacob is my great-uncle. Could you give me control of his memorial? I would appreciate it.

Falik Frieder
I am interested in family tree information. My connection is from Falik's daughter Lena Frieder Grossman(1849-1933).

Louis and Gussie Altman
I have been researching the Biber line in my family tree and have found a relationship between the Bibers and the Altmans. Currently, I know that my Great grandmother, Ruth Biber, came over to the U.S. in 1920 and stayed with her aunt for some years. According to her immigration record, her aunt was married to Louis Altman, residing at 1697 Clay Street. I have connected this to the Louis Altman (1875-1925) who married Gussie Altman (1877-1933). I was wondering if you had any information on Gussie's maiden name, where she comes from, or her family. I would be greatly appreciative to any information you may have.

Best regards,

Florence Gluck
There is no headstone for Florence Gluck. She is buried in Grave 6, between Harry Frommer, Grave 5, and George Neadel, Grave 7. I photographed the area and added it to her memorial.

Samuel Friedman
There is no headstone for Samuel Friedman, Find A Grave Memorial# 38443052, at Mount Hebron. I photographed the spot where he is buried.
In Row 1, Herman Bergan is Grave 5, Joseph Friedman is Grave 6, Samuel Friedman is buried to the right of Joseph Friedman in Grave 7.
Hope this helps,

Abraham Altman is the son of Mortkel Altman (#78844658) and Khaya Golda Zaks of Panevezys, Kaunas, Lithuania. Could you connect him to our mutual great grandfather or transfer him to me.

It looks like you have a special interest in this name. I wonder if you are related to (or know anything about) a household of Solomons who are related to our family by marriage:
Sam SOLOMON (born about July 1875, Russian Empire to Yitzchal/Isaac SOLOMON and Rosie MOLIN; to U.S. about 1893; married my relative Lizie/Lizzie BRAVER (b. about May 1878, Belarus/Poland to Avraham BRAVER and Sarah Leah KAMINSKY) 28 May 1899, Manhattan. They had a son Issis (Isadore?) SOLOMON July 1899, NYC, and maybe a Dr. Rudy/Ruby/Reuben SOLOMON. Lizie reportedly died young, but I lost track of the family after the 1900 census (106 Allen St., Manhattan). Any of that ring bells?

I took the photo for you today at Mt. Carmel

Unfortunately the stone is hard to read (even in person) and with almost no contrast, did not photo that well. I was able to determine the following in person....

My beloved husband
and our dear father
Died May __, ____
Age {65 or 45} years.

Actually in person it looks alot like 65 years.

I don't know if this helps.
