I did some adjustments on the picture, see if you like that better. Unfortunately the marker is in a low area and when it rains the runoff goes there and when it dries the dirt is left behind.

No worries. When honoring requests at Baltimore National I always look for a spouse or child and photograph them as well just on case a picture has not previously been requested.
