These are my "boys", Tucker & Shadow, cockers from the Humane Society of Missouri. They're much more photogenic than I!|
I'm the eldest child and only daughter of Clifford Albert Brumley and Mary Louise Ferrell. I'm related to Alleys, Vowels and (O')Regans; related to Rohlings, Beykes, Kersteins, Beckmans and Beumers by marriage.
I appreciate this website so much and enjoy being a member. Many thanks to all who respond to my photo requests; your efforts are much appreciated.

So I guess we are related! Thank you for transferring this to me. I do have some pictures and things to add. Minnie actually had 7 girls and one boy. That boy was my grandfather. And also I never heard that she was married more than once. I will do a little searching and see what I can come up with.

Sorry Took so long to reply been so busy with the holidays and kids home from school. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I hope next week to be able to spend time looking into the information you gave me. I thank you so much. I hope to get a chance to keep in touch with you all.
|cynthia mitchell||RE: Vowels|
sorry more info would help. You had left a message on Paula Barnebey messages reading. Jas. H. Vowels 24129281
subject is my great, great uncle (his brother Robt. E. Vowels is my great, great grandfather). I show a marriage date of 29 Dec 1872 (Susanna J. Canoy), and children Nora Ellen, Oscar Franklin, Lilly, Wessie, James Arthur, William Lee, Harry Lexy, Donie Goldie, and Una Lucille. No other info for children. James Henry Vowels would be my great, great, grandfather. His daughter Lillie my great grandma, her son Ivan Hilles Humphrey my grandpa. So just wondering do you know names of Robert and James parents? I am going through a lot of susan canoy and lillie's old things and will keep an eye out for photos of Robert Vowels. Thank you very much.
I seen a message on another profile you left. My great grandmother was Lillie Mae Vowels. I am barely getting started on all this but have some great photos and unfortunately some we do not know who they are. I would love to know some of the things you know about our family.
|Graver Gal||RE: John Henry Bartlett|
No I didn't find Doris' headstone yet.
I know the guy that adds so much in Stoddard county added by walking the rows without a camera so there is a good possibility that John's tombstone is there. You might put in a photo request.
|Graver Gal||John Henry Bartlett|
I know I was reading about what you wrote on Doris Bartlett's photo request and on a whim, I looked up John Bartlett on the MO Death site and it says he was buried at Bluff Cemetery in Stoddard County. I went there and somebody has him listed there. Idalia is just up the road and north of Grey Ridge.
You may have already known this. But this John Henry Bartlett certificate states he died in Liberty Township and Gray Ridge, MO is in Liberty Township. Just trying to help.
Tell me to mind my own business. LOL

I'm sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I've been finishing my accounting degree and changing jobs, so I haven't been doing much research lately. According to the info I've gathered so far, Andrew's mother was Mary Elizabeth Hutcheson who's brother was John Vestal Hutcheson. John Vestal had a son named Lou White Hutcheson who had a daughter named Ruby Ellen Hutcheson. Ruby Ellen is my fiance's great grandmother. When Ruby Ellen's daughter (Nora Lou York) passed away, a lot of the family photos were passed down to me since I was working on the family tree. So that is how I obtained the photo of Andrew. The only military record that I've come across was a WWI Draft Registration Card that I found on ancestry.com. I did find his death certificate online which showed his cause of death as being stuck by a vehicle while at work at the age of 66. If you have any other question, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I check that email address daily.
|BRENDA JOHNSTON||W. Rohling|
From what I understand, my Grandmother, Ruth Anderson was married to Frederick William Rohling (b. 1885)and (d. 1936). They were married and had 3 daughters. My mother, Esther Jane Rohling, was the
oldest daughter. While trying to find information on William Rohling I found the website showing the headstone , saw your name and thought I would see if I was on the right path. Thanks for your response and good luck with the computer lol.
|BRENDA JOHNSTON||WILLIAM ROHLING|
William Rohling is my grandfather on my mother's family. My grandmother's name was Ruth Anderson. He and my grandmother divorced and I do not have any history on him. I have just started researching the family history and would love any history you might point me to.
|A. H.||RE: William and Wilhelmina Shuka|
Thanks for the info. I've checked the death certificate database (I have a lot of relatives in Missouri and it's been a great source of information). Wilhelmina's death certificate lists burial in Park Hill Cemetery, Sappington, Missouri. At the moment I can't find William's death certificate, but I'm sure I found it before. Anyway, I wonder if they were later moved somewhere else. I run into that sometimes in Indiana, where I've done a lot of cemetery work. They had two sons, so I feel like they would have had markers. I do appreciate your help.
