I sent an answer to your email address. My reply was a bit too long for a reply here. I also attached a couple of pictures to the email. Hope you have a safe trip.

I live in Wichita, KS and have never visited the Holt Cemetery in Hutchinson Co., TX. I believe you possibly have me confused with someone else.
Good luck in your search for the info you are seeking.
|J. Michael Fullingim||RE: Fullinghams|
You are right on target! Harris Taylor "Coon" Fullingim was second son of William J. Fullingim, who was the first of seventeen children born to Rev. Henry and Martha (Wade) Fullingim. I have established a Find A Grave memorial for Harris Taylor Fullingim (#57158659), but I have never been able to locate Martha Jane's burial site. In my records, she died on 14 Oct 1881 at Hagansport, Franklin Co., Texas. Furthermore, I have never located the burial site for Harris Taylor's father, William J. Fullingim (1817 Georgia-abt 1872 Mt. Vernon, Franklin CO., TX). Otherwise, I would have entered in the appropriate relationship links in his Find A Grave Memorial.
Martha Jane died eight days after giving birth to her daughter, Martha "Mattie" Elizabeth Fullingim. I do not have a marriage record on this, but Harris Taylor Fullingim--probably not long after his wife Martha Hane died--married his widowed sister-in-law, Millie Elizabeth "Bettye" (Fulbright) Fullingim who husband, Harris' older brother, had died in 1877 leaving Bettye with four children, the youngest of whom was only six weeks old.
I have written much of this story in text form, though I have much work to complete my writing of the entire account. I am more than willing to share this information with you (if you would have a use for it). If you supply me with your email where I may send an attached document(s), I will be sure to send you this what I have.
I am also very interested in learning more vital statistics about Mary Jane Terry's siblings and her parents. And yes, I would be most delighted to obtain jpeg images of whatever photos you may have of Martha Jane. My email address is .
Harris Taylor Fullingim's paternal grandparents may be found on Find A Grave memorial # 49725735 (Rev. Henry Fullingim) and Find A Grave memorial # 49725912 (Martha Turpin Wade Fullingim).

That would be delightful to compare notes. Are these Fullinghams in your ancestry here in the States or from England prior to 1662. That is when Richard Fillingham, my original ancestor, immigrated to Kent Co., Maryland.
I have written and edited much of this information into a manuscript that I am more than willing to sent you if perchance there is a familial connection.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you so much for posting the photo of the grave marker to the memorial of George W. Jagears. Thank you also for posting the portrait to his and Martha's memorials. This is the first time I have seen an image of her. Her brother Charles was my 3rd Great Grandfather. Do you descend from her?
Thanks again for posting the pictures. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
|Veneta McKinney||Elvira White Armstrong|
Just wanted to say thank you for posting the pictures of Elvira White Armstrong. I am related through her sister William Roselette, who was my 2nd great-grandmother. I was going to try to find time to go to Mt. Vernon to find the grave, but this is SO much better - to have the obituary from the paper as well as the tombstone and a photo. Thanks for posting.

I don't know. I was at the cemetery to take pictures of tombstones of the relatives of a friend and took a few others. Sorry I can't be of more help.
