Hurley Family

I am a descendant of the Hurley family that you have graciously added to the FG website. I was wondering if you could transfer management to this family so that I could update them with bios and more accurate details regarding their lives? Father Denis Hurley and son John are not buried at St Mary's cemetery as one could easily conclude by reading the memorial gravestone that is laying on the ground. I have much information that I would like to add/modify to help future genealogists/historians. The requested names are as follows:

Denis Hurley 110834502
Denis Hurley 110834825
John Hurley 110834956
Joseph Hurley 110834714
Mary Ann Hurley 110834281

Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Lee,

If you have a copy of the death certificate, and the city of death is Los Angeles, go with that. I took genealogy classes and I have sent for literally 100s of death certificates. Those are not wrong. It is the person who writes up the obituary who can sometimes make mistakes.

Phillip Conrad and family
I have taken pictures of those buried with Phillip. The lot was purchased on the same day of his daughter, Emmas burial on May 31, 1865. The others also buried in this lot besides Phillip, his wife Barbara and baby dau. Emma are the following:

Louise Conrad buried 10-22-1917 (dau)

Conrad Earl Humbert buried 4-26-1928 (small child) who does not have a stone.

I have the lot card for this family which shows where each are buried and when. It also tell that there were two other people buried there that have now been moved...Lucilla M. Ewald and Robert George Stuedle

If you are interested in the lot card please email me you mailing address.

Archie is not at Monocacy Cemetery. All those buried here are now posted to FindaGrave. You may have to search for his obituary to find his burial location.

Thank you, Lee~!

I RACED through Rows K, L, and M to get the remainder of burials onto Findagrave. I'll be going back and filling in all the missing information as I get to each person's memorial. There's about 1,200 updates to go in my project of archiving and photographing every burial at Monocacy Cemetery!
