RE: Harrison correction made
I'm not kin either but I am on the board of the cemetery and I do have many memorials until a relative comes along. So if you want to transfer that's fine. If not, then I'm sure we will cross paths again. Thanks. Donna

Hello Della,

I am also heart-broken that anyone could be so mean. In Feb 2013 I was at the cemetery & took quite a few photos. I noticed that of the many vandalized was the FRENCH family. 5 or 6 members of that family were killed in an auto/train collision.

Jess Edgar Lee
Hi Della,

Thanks for you message. Uncle Edgar was quite a character and could be a bit cantankerous but he was much loved by all our family. He & Granddaddy were a real pair and the family even used to purchase them identical birthday & Christmas presents.

My father always said Uncle Edgar was the one who took the boys fishing & hunting when they were kids not Granddaddy. My aunts remember how they could always wheedle candy money out of him and how he used to rock them and sing them to sleep.

Lots of memories,
E.R. Lee

Brooks and Foster
Della,
Gorge Brooks and a lot of the other Brooks and Fosters are buried in Brooks Cemetery, in Jefferson Co, MS. I have just put a picture of his tombstone on line. The picture is not very good but this fall I am going to clean the tomb stones and take new pictures. The cemetery is on my wife's land and is very old. The Brooks and Fosters were some of the original people to come to Jefferson County.

Della: I've made the link with Mr. Reynolds parents. Also I noticed a 3rd child Sudie Lyn Reynolds buried at Berry.
