|Tim and Eliza Foster are my great grandparents. I've known about Eliza and Tim for years, compiling information about their family's history. I would enjoy meeting others who might come from the Eliza and Timothy family tree, if they're out there...|

Hello. I am researching my grandmothers Williams side of family. Her grandfather was George W. Williams, whom, married Laura Ann Grigsby, in Arkansas. Do you know if they are your grandmothers parents?

My unofficial info says John Foster, father of Haley, died in Virginia Oct 22, 1773.
|Jack Hollis||Haley Foster Family..|
I don't have any first hand info on Haley Foster in Virginia. I first picked up on him when he was in Jackson County, Tn. in 1830 and 1840 before he came to Ouachita County, Ar. in the late 1840s. Members of his family married into several families I am researching (Blankenship, Wheelington, Creech and Clark families.)
I have this unverified info for you to check out. Haley Foster was born around 1765 in Va., son of John Foster. he married Temperance Bass Feb 24, 1787 in South Hampton Co., Va. Child of Haley Foster and Temperance Bass was Haley Foster. This Haley Foster was born about 1789 in South Hampton County , Va. and died in Arkansas. He married Nancy Barham in 1822 in South Hampton Co., Va.
Haley may have married a second time while living in Tennessee. Seeems like he had a different wife when he arrived in Ark. Jack Hollis
