Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Minnesota, born and raised, and have always had a deep interest in genealogy. This is what first brought about my interest in cemeteries and taking pictures of headstones. I started by taking the pictures of my grandparents' graves as well as their parents and their siblings, then it gradually grew bigger and bigger. I now look for people I either know personally, someone I can connect back to someone I know personally or someone of special importance or significance; I work on it as a hobby in my spare time and am now working on my 5th photo album of headstone pictures. People who have a findagrave memorial and whose headsontes I also happen to have in my collection I have uploaded. I hope to be able to communicate with others who live elsewhere and can get pictures of other headstones I cannot reach due to the distance.

RE: Hultquist cemetery
Thanks for the info. No wonder I couldn't locate Grace Lutheran Cemetery aka Belview Cemetery. It's one thing to have ghosts in the cemetery but to have a "Ghost" cemetery is another. Again, thanks for the enlightening information.

RE: Gustavson photos
I hope you do get a chance to visit Forest Lawn. It is really a beautiful place. As for the photo requests, the volunteers try to keep up but there are 10-15 new requests every day. Take care.

Aloris Abbott
Please note that Aloris is buried in Section 38C, Lot 462 at Glendale Cemetery. Also note that her stone reads "Ricketts" (not Abbott)and her husband is buried beside her. I also took a picture of an additional flat stone for her husband which was beside their large stone, showing his service in the military. If you would like for me to send that to you, or unload it to a profile for him, I would be glad to do so.

RE: No Subject
You'll be a great resource! Have you considered creating memorials for the pics you have that are not on F.A.G. yet? You could be holding the key to someone's beginning or ending piece to their history.

If you have any Okin members -that would help one member searching. I did pics for mom and dad and their oldest son (of 13) George was also buried in Fairview - all 1800s births.

Fairview was my last stop, you can tell be the darkness in the pics. It was the middle of my 'loop' of request fulfillments so I'll be back to western and southern Renville County in the near future to complete those requests and any others.

Oh, last month I uploaded all of the 'members' of the Bird Island City cemetery. If you have any pics of the interred there, feel free to upload pics. Hector Cemetery also has more than a few requests - if you have any in your collection that goes this far east in Renville.

Hope Olmsted is as complimentary to life and living as Renville...

Your photos
Just wonderin, are there memorials for all of your pieces in your headstone collection? If not, you might be holding the key for someone who doesn't know which cemetery to start in...

AND, I forgot to mention, your photos are spectacular!!!!!

duplicates?
I noticed several duplicate pics of past requests in Fairview Cem. If you have certain times of the year that you fulfill requests, pleae let me know. That way, each of our resources can be utilized to the fullest potential to get as many requests fulfilled for as many members possible.

Thanks again for the info and corrections on the Haen, it will help the requester a lot.
