If you are looking for pictures from Pioneer Memorial Cemetery in San Bernardino, keep in mind that because of time since the 1850s two things have been apparent in the deterioration of the graves; 1) the soil composition has eroded older grave markers to where unless there is a record with Parks & Rec, sometimes we will take a picture of an empty space in the approximate location or a marker whose writing has worn away; and 2) unfortunately grave markers, especially military ones that have brass plating are being stolen for recycling. The representative says police are more vigilant in the area but again we must rely on official records and follow the trail. We will give it a good college try to find your loved one.
For requests at Montecito Memorial Park, they need to have at least the year of death for the staff to look up the record where the marker is located.

I'm not sure if you received my email of Jan. 10th '14.
I'd like your permission to post your photos to my Ancestry family tree. The Lomerson's are related through my sister's husband.
Thanks so much,

I've already told you once, but I feel like I need to tell you again. Thank you so much for taking the time to search for my uncle William Walker's grave. It means alot that you would put out that effort for a stranger. Thank you again!

Thank you very much for getting the picture of Cassandra's headstone for me. I live out of state and cannot visit her so it is very nice to have the picture. This way I can visit her whenever I want.
