call the cemetery office and get the grave location. They are very helpful with people who are family, but mostly decline to help the volunteers. There are probably 10,000 or more burials at this cemetery, and its just too hard to find a headstone without the location.

if you do call, make sure you ask the question IS THERE A HEADSTONE on the grave. they keep excellent records, and can even tell you other people by the same surname buried nearby - if you're looking for other family.

phone for the local office is (361) 882-5497

RE: Mary Matilda Long
Mary Matilda Long was transferred to your care, as per your request. You can edit her dates, if need be.

Thanks,
Cindy

Hello Joy,

Could you please send your transfer request by using the "edit/correction" tab on the memorials? That way I have the links to follow. It's so much faster and easier.

Thanks!
Cindy

couldn't tell you eitherway. A.Sippy was in Sask. Canada and married the daughter of a greatuncle of mine. If you find that there is a connection I am in contact with a stepson of Arthur Sippy he might wish to help you but I can't say at this time. Good Luck Bob

Charles Michael Dayley
Joy,
While I was researching in the Restlawn Memory cemetery, I noticed that Charles Michael Dayley's surname is shown in the maiden name field. Would you be kind enough to change this.
Thanks,
Ann
