|Elsie Celestino||RE: Peter Chiappa|
Hello Peter. Who know maybe we are long lost cousins :) My father (Peter Chiappa) came from Barga (Tuscany). His brother was Pompao (later Changed to Pat). He lived here in Tuckahoe, NY for many year then moved with his family to Richmond VA. There are many Chiappa's listed on find a grave in that area. as you know its not a common name so again who know if we are related. As the family moved away we lost touch with many of them. Let me know if I can be of any help to you in searching your family history. If your family is from the Tuckahoe area or started here let me know. Have a good day...

Sorry it took so long to reply .We just moved back to North Carolina and we have been busy. Glad I could help with your Father, and Im very sorry it took so long for you to find him. Are you still in the Glades? Ron
Dear Mr. Chippa,
I just read your post about the Chiappa family and Peter Chiappa. Just recently, I linked the Chiappa family to my family tree. I don't have a lot of information, but if you'd like to contact me, I'd love to connect the family "dots". Is there a way to talk without posting our contact information publicly?

Wow that is great news. I hope it is not to much trouble getting these. Sounds like a old cemetery that has been long forgotton. If you can get these pictures it would sure fill a big gap in our family tree. Sounds very exciting .
Wish I could be there with you when you go that would be great fun.
Thank you and God Bless.
This is the Finch Cemetery in PA, right? Wow, that is some detective work! Thanks very much for your persistence!
