|I have lived in Pensacola, Florida all of my life. I am married and have 3 children and 11 grand children and 6 great grand children. I have been doing my genealogy for about 25 years. Family surnames are HELMS, RENFROE, LANGUM OR LANGHAM, BOWMAN, BEASLEY, ADKINSON-HENDERSON and more. I have joined as a photo volunteer because so many people have given of their time to help me. I just want to help others. This is such a great web-site.|

Thanks so much for the quick response to my Joel Adams photo request. Headstone photos are a useful (and generally reliable) form of genealogical documentation.
Thanks to recent, 21st-century DNA testing, we know Joel Adams was a descendant of an immigrant who came to America in the 18th-century, prior to the American Revolution.
Your photos (like DNA testing) contribute much to the genealogical record. Headstone photos provided by photo volunteers are much more than just, "nice to have" memorabilia.

Hi there Mrs. Hice: Thanks again for another gravestone and it is my Great Grandma this time. I so appreciate any or all the photos you have done for me so far, it is so hard to find people in Alabama that want to assist me with all my requests for cemeteries photos. I am so grateful to you for all the wonderful photos and all your random acts of kindness. If you need any photos of any gravestones here in the Central Florida , please don't hesitate to let me know. I deeply appreciate your kindness and I can never thank-you enough, you have given my family to me...With blessings of health, wealth, and thanks, Roxane Copeland (Morris)

THANKS SO MUCH MRS OR MISS HICE: I AM SO GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR TAKING PICTURES OF MY GREAT GRANDPARENTS, THE FEELING OF JUST SEEING THEIR GRAVESTONE GAVE ME SO MUCH COMFORT AND AT THE SAME TIME I CRIED BECAUSE I NEVER GOT TO KNOW THEM. I CAN'T THANK-YOU ENOUGH BUT IF YOU NEED A PICTURE OF ANYTHING IN FLORIDA I WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU, I LIVE IN THE CENTRAL FLORIDA AREA ONLY 20 MINUTES FROM ORLANDO. I LOVE FOLKS THAT TAKE THE TIME OF THEIR BUSY LIVES TO DO A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS, I BELIEVE THAT GOD WATCHES OVER OTHERS THAT DO RANDOM ACTS OF ANY KIND AND YOU ARE BLESSED FOREVER. THANKS AGAIN AND I DO SO APPRECIATE IT. WITH BLESSINGS OF KINDNESS AND THANKS, ROXANE COPELAND OF FLORIDA
