|Kathy Britton||Strong Information and Photos|
Yes, I would dearly love it if you could share what Strong genealogy, stories and photos you have with me. (email@example.com) Julia Ann (Strong) (Britton) Eads was my ggg grandmother. Family tradition has it that she was half Cherokee, and her photo shows this. However, any other few family photos that I have seen do not reveal this in other family members. I believe that she walked the Trail of Tears to Oklahoma, but anything I research does not show any Indian bloodlines in the Strongs. I suspect she maybe have been adopted into this family. I am trying to figure this out, and have been trying off and on for about 30 years. Sure hope you can help! Thank you so much.
|Eric B Williams||Hello cousin|
Judy, I had not been on findagrave for sometime. I see you are of the Strong family line I see. I've been working on the Strong genealogy for some time. Would like to hear what stories you have to tell of the Strong's? What part of the country are you in? Washington state maybe? I'm near Seattle myself.
Are you the daughter of Teddy Johnson? If so we would be 3rd cousins?
My great grandmother talked about Albert Strong as a very stricked and difficult man. Anyhow would like to compare notes?
|Tracy Knutson||Photo Request for Sarah Johnson|
I searched for the grave of Sarah Johnson which is supposed to be in Carlyle Cemetery, Section P, Row 2, Grave 26. I found 2 very old stones in the area - but could not read either. If you would like for me to e-mail both photos, please let me know. I'll try to go back and look again to see if I see anything else that might match.
