Thanks for the information. I do my own Armenian genealogy and know how difficult it can be. Could you remove him from the listing in Yerevan's Pantheon? I am in charge of that place and have been keeping a precise record of who is buried in that particular cemetery. You can always list your ancestor as "Burial Place Unknown" or perhaps if he died in the genocide as Body Lost or Destroyed. You can have people on the site now without them being placed in a particular cemetery.

Hey, I see you've added Garabid Madigian to the Komitas Pantheon in Yerevan. Based on my research of the place there is nobody there by that name. Could you tell me who he is?

We drove out to the cemetery to look for your Gary Sorensen Sr. and on the list that they have, there was not any Gary Sorensens. I am not sure how to get ahold of a person that runs the place, to ask about that name but if you find anything out to help us, let us know and we will go back.
I called and spoke with the cemetery and they have no record of Mary Hellen (Huff) Hefflin being there.

I saw your request for Engelwood Park Cemetery in Santa Ana, CA. From what I've been able to find, it doesn't appear to be any cemetery by that name in Orange County. I was checking up on it since there were only 3 people listed on Find A Grave. One person was buried actually at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood in Los Angeles County. I've been trying to let people know that their information may be incorrect.
Anyway, I did some looking and found the obituary for Blanche and if you don't have it, I will be more than happy to send it onto you. From that I verified that Blanche is buried at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Los Angeles County, CA. She is located in Suncrest Lawn, Burial Section 5, Burial Lot 553, Grave/Niche 17. I found the information through the Rose Hills website.
Hopefully, this will help you in your search.

Hello Stevie. I got your SAC regarding Nicholas. A quick check on the California Death Records (Rootsweb) shows his d.o.b. as 12/21/1876 and his d.o.d. as 5/7/1942. If you get any other information about him or his family, just let me know and I will gladly add it.
We are so lucky to have so much information now available on the internet. It has made family history so much easier.
By the way, it is nice to see young people interested in family history. Keep up the good work!
You are so welcome! I know the feeling about learning more about a family that is gone.
