|FOR ALL OF YOU WAITING IN HEAVEN:|
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in his arms. I have you in my heart....The Memorials that I have added or have been transferred to me are all direct family members of myself or my husband.

My husband, Bob Bass, (Robert Lee Bass)is a descendant of Mary Jane ("Jennie") Stiteler and James W.P. "Jim" Bass. Their son, Robert Alexander Bass married Ida Herlocker and had a son, Leo L. Bass. Leo was Bob's dad.
We have been particularly interested in the records of David Stiteler, having visited Stone's River and other sites where he fought during the Civil War. We will be going to Ireland/Scotland this summer, and would like to know what information you might have about the McSparren family. All we have for Hadassah is that she was born in Ireland in 1834, married David Stiteler 23 Jan, 1851, died 14 Dec 1921, Crawford Co, KS.
Thank you so much for your additions to the records. It is exciting to hear of descendants who are interested enough to search the past. Genealogy is a fascinating journey!

Hi - I'm interested in the memorial you have added for Mary (Beamer) Stiteler. Do you remember where you found her baptismal record? Thanks!

You're welcome--but I'm already planning a reshoot--the lot was more complicated than I expected--and the sun was on the wrong side of everything. Look for updates in the coming weeks.
Despite the reshoot, I'll go ahead and upload what I've got for some of the folks in that lot for whom you did not request photos.
I hope you were able to access the captions. If you click on the photos on the memorial page, they enlarge and reveal captions. Clicking a second time on the photo will enlarge it further in a new window.
I can tell you that there are no Treadwell or Armstrong monuments--but there are 2 Colton monuments--very difficult to read some of the inscriptions.
