RE: Addison Wallie Greene
I will change Willie to Wallie. I guess the paper made a mistake.

RE: Addison Wallie Greene
I did not know anything about the Greenes other than what I had put on Findagrave; however, after your message I did look up Addison on and found him with his mother Rilla, a brother, James, sisters Mary and Gussie and another sister whose name appears to be "Armour" D. on the 1910 census where they are living in Graves Co. Kentucky.

I found an Armour Greer with husband Thomas B in the city directory in Memphis, TN in 1940. I suspect this might be the "Anna D." you might be seeking. I have looked to find a death or marriage record for her but haven't found anything else. Hope this helps.

RE: George W. Greene
So do you think their last name of Green had an "e" on the end of it....was it Green or Greene?

I'll take a picture of their markers for you, but I don't have my camera right now. I left it at a relative's house this weekend. As soon as I get it back I'll take some pictures and post them.

RE: Nancey Greene
I went back and checked the cemetery. I found that George W. Green(e) is buried there next to Nanc(e)y Green. His name was on the back of the monument for Nancy. I added him to Findagrave.

What is confusing is that there are two separate markers for Nancy. One is on the next row from the first one. On one, her name is spelled "Nancy" and on the other it is spelled "Nancey". On one marker, it only lists her name.....on the other both her name and George's is listed on it.

On the marker with both Nancy and George's names, the last name is inscribed as "Green." That is, there is no "e" on the end but there is a period as if it was abbreviated because there was not enough room on the monument to put the "e" possibly.

So I'm not sure which is the correct spelling. I don't know anything else about them as I only recorded information from the markers in the cemetery to put on Findagrave.

RE: Sarah Ann Teasley
All I have is the 1860-1870 Anderson Co., SC census showing Sarah as a daughter of Warren and Nancy.
