I was wondering if you were related to Effie Kennedy Cobb and Ester Cobb?? I am related on her mothers side and was wondering if you had any photos of her or her family , I am doing Genealogy and would love faces to go with my information.
|Betty Atkinson||John G. Cobb|
a photo of his stone is now posted on findagrave and when you enlarge the photo the year of death is 1893... so need to correct the memorial?
Hope you are well.
|Marguerite||VOIGHT Family @ St. Paul's Luthern ChurchCemetery in Casco, MI|
Hello Sondra: I've added Voight Family members I discovered in my visit & search @ St. Paul's. Please let me know if I can transfer their profiles/memorials to you. There are more Voight's in the church/cemetery records. If you contact Linda 810-765-4808, she is the Church Secretary and can send you extensive records & details in the mail on the Voight Family who are still in the area as well as the past & their lineage. The organist was a Voight. Just let Linda know you are a family member. I could not locate an individual headstone for Ferdinand Voight but have added the monument for the family plot.
|Steve Rowe||Francis Wilkerson Rochester Cemetery|
A photo has been added to his memorial. I had claimed the request so it is still open. When a claim is jumped, I don't know if the requestor is notified. It's a good thing that I checked before driving to the cemetery. I suppose that you can remove the request.
|Anthony Rushing||William Cobb Co K 2nd Arkansas Infantry|
You have some incorrect info for William W. Cobb. The marker is for the correct man, killed at Chickamauga, but it is not the man who is married to Lucinda, father of C. C., from Lawrence County. William W. Cobb, of Co K 2nd Arkansas Infantry was from Saline County, where the unit was raised. HIs family was as follows:
William W Cobb 32 b. Al
Susan J 26 Al
Frances 10 Ark
Louisa 5 Ark
Hanna 1 Ark
they lived in Merry Green TSP of Saline County. Thought you might want to get the info correct and updated on the find a grave site.
|Anonymous||RE: Wrong Photo -- Osborn|
My upload program did skip from Aderholt to Osborn during the process of placing here on the website , and I can not recover the photo I had. When I get the chance to go back out to Springville Cemetery I will gladly re-capture it for you. I remember the Aderholt family plot well , because most of those graves , the engraving is so badly wiped out, it's hard to make it out. I think I may have sent The Osborns Family this comment about the engraving as well , assuming it was you. I apologize and will correct it as soon as I can. Thanks for letting me know.
|Mark||RE: Wigginton THANK YOU|
You are welcome. The cemetery is almost impossible to get to at this point. The tornadoes that did so much damage also has done significant damage to cemetery due to downed trees. I took two of each and will send originals to you if you would like them.

You Are Welcome Sondra. I have lived near this cemetery for 2 years and have photos of most of the headstones on cd so it is only a matter of editing them to upload.

We Can't be sure,but we don't think this is the same Joseph.First of all Joseph signed up as a single man.However,since Patheny died in 1830,maybe he meant he was single again.The Joseph who was killed at the Alamo was from Montgomery Co.Tennessee(Clarksville area)quite a distance from Rhea Co.(about 90 miles north east of Chattanooga).
We are trying to find out for sure either way,but so far have not come up with an answer.
