Cass County Cemetery
Greetings Carol,
I am researching the county cemeteries on the Trollwood Park property. I have recently added some photos that I took with captions containing all of the info I could find through the city and university archives. I read the memorial you wrote for Peter Iverson and wanted to let you know that the 350+ graves that were removed because of erosion were actually in Cass County Cemetery #3. They were moved to Springvale Cemetery in 1985. Link to Springvale Cemetery Site:
Cass County Auditor's Office:

I have pictures of the stone at Cass County Cemetery, if you are interested.

Hello Carol,

As my winter project, I have been trying to update some of my earlier postings. In 2006 when I did St Matthews, Find A Grave didn't have the link feature yet.

I have linked your family from tombstone photos, your "flowers" and my copy of the cemetery.

If you have any more information or if I have something wrong, please contact me through the EDIT button.

The Bethlehem Cemetery in Kandiyohi was established about 1878. This was because of separation of part of Norwegian Church (Not a Local Thing) It was called th Synod at that time. The two churches in Atwater merged again in abouit 1917. This brought about the change in Synod cemetery which locally is called the Synod Cemetery but probably should now be called the Bethlehem Cemetery. Ardell Thompson

Mary Aldrich Clapper
I see you have posted a Mary Aldrich Clapper on the Elmhurst Cemetery in St. Paul. I belong to the Pine County Genealogical Society and am in the process of looking up old obituaries from the local newspapers. I have the obituary for Mary Aldrich Clapper published Sept. 14, 1972 if you are interested in having it. Let me know..
