Leo Thurman
I recently added the memorial of Leo Thurman, who was from West Point. You may already be aware of his tragic and sad story. Memorial number: 32598657.

Thanks! I made the correction you suggested. I have been slowly (every Memorial Day for last four years) photographing the headstones in the cemeteries of Fort Knox and placing them on FindaGrave, many going back to the first arrivers. If you see anything else, please let me know.

Christina, if I don't have him with his wife, I have no idea where he is buried, most likely in a Civil War Cemetery. To the best of my knowledge the is no family connection, sorry I couldn't be of more help.....Bill Miller

I just looked up her death certificate and it says she was buried in Blue Springs. I wonder if she was buried at another cemetery. Have you seen her death certificate? It lists her undertaker as George B. Webb, so I also wonder if the Webb-Freer Funeral Home might be able to provide you with information about where exactly she was buried. Their number is (816) 229-3276.

Horton graves
I was to the New Highland Bap Cem today. If Charles and Mary are in the cemetery, there is no headstone for them. I did however find a small stone of a child that I thought may be theirs.
I will add it along with a few other Hortons I found. Let me know what you think. Susan

D.C. Davis grave
I went to Wyandot Cemetery to look for his stone and found only his wife's. There is ample room on either side of her stone for his. About 3/4 of the stones in this cemetery are missing. Sorry
