Hi,

| Urquhart New Cemetery
Hi my name is Pam Crouse and I was wondering if Urquhart (Old) Cemetery is the same cemetery as Urquhart New Cemetery?? and if so could you possibly take a picture of the cemetery? Also I added Alex Duggan that died June 4,( I have him listed as burial unknown) and I am not sure if the old cemetery is the same as the new one. I would like to be able to have his memorial in the right cemetery.

Hi. My name is Corliss Bower. I am an American born, Scottish decendant. My great-grandmother came from Kingussie and I believe her family is buried in Kingussie. I am not sure what cemetery though and I am not sure where to start looking. Would you be able to help? I am looking for William Ross (b. 1844-d?) and Anne (Cameron) Ross (b.1856-d.?) | Urray Wester Churchyard
Hi,
Many thanks for your message and help! I guess my Grants are buried in the older churchyard. A while ago I discovered that the Kilmorack Heritage Association published a book on the memorial inscriptions of Urray Parish, but unfortunately they have not replied to any of my messages. Anyway, my sources for the Grants' burial locations are the death records available at Scotlandspeople.gov. That's very interesting that an Alexander Grant (Schoomaster at Fairburn)was buried at Urray Wester Churchyard in 1894. That's too late for my ancestor, but I wonder if he's related!
