RE: John Talman
Therese,

I posted the picture of the bottom half of the gravestone. Since the large gravestone is flat on the ground, it was hard to photograph (I really needed a stepladder). As I noted in the caption, I think she is actually buried with her son's family in Rochester, where she moved after the death of Dr. John.

They should all be on Find A Grave in Fairview Cemetery. I photographed that entire cemetery in 2011 I think it was.

Tes,
The light was pretty good yesterday when I went to the cemetery, so I took a full photo and a photo of the footstone, which has her last name on it. She is buried in what looks like - a large lot with the Cawthorn family. Was she a Cawthron?
So the new photos are on Find A Grave now, and please feel free to use them.

The next time I am in Warrenton, I will get you a full photo and post it. There are a lot of trees in her section of the cemetery, so unless the light is just right, you will not see much.

RE: William J and Jane Clark Purcell
I have not yet been able to locate Jane Purcell's grave marker. It's a large cemetery with many unreadable grave markers, but Jane's grave marker is relatively recent (1953), and the cemetery is well-maintained. I will schedule another trip back to Bethesda an see if I can locate it.

Hi TES,
John is at Christ Church. The member who started his page made a mistake and I have contacted him about correcting it. They both have markers. There are photos of them online but they are copy written and watermarked so I cannot post them. I live a good way from there but I do get over that way once in a while. If someone else doesn't beat me to it, I will get their photos for you.

RE: Sarah Sage
I photographed the Foy Family Cemetery documenting all that I found to be buried there. I never saw a marker for Sarah Sage in that cemetery, therefore I didn't take a photo of a headstone for her. The photo on her page is the default picture representing the cemetery overall.
