RE: Texanna Hand Photo
Hi, Sandra. I am so glad to hear from you. I saw Texanna's listing in the Rural Cemeteries of Stephens County, Texas about 3 years ago and have been "fixated" with it ever since. It says on her tombstone she was the wife of J. J. Hand. The day I took her picture my husband and I went to 5 other rural cemeteries in that area. I remember seeing the name "Hand" at another cemetery, but don't remember which one. I will watch for it when I go out graving next time. It might lead to more information for you. Do you have her maiden name? Becky K

RE: Warren
Yes, I'll be glad to take a photo of the graves there together. It might be a bit before I go back that direction. Will be heading back to Lowndes County when the weather gets cooler to assist my mother in locating a distant relations grave in another cemetery. Until then.

Hey, Are you looking for everything on Errington or a certain line. There's quite a bit in the book. This book maybe in Eastland library, Settlers of Stevens County. I'll seee if I can get it on the scanner. May take a little while.
First in book Nancy Wagley marries 2nd to Albert B. Errington, then with a family.

RE: Joseph Squyres
It is great to find you also. Let me know when you plan on visiting this cemetery and I will meet you there. I only live about 3 1/2 miles from it. I have been working on Alfred Salem paperwork for a supplement in the UDC. Do you have the book called Squyres with a "Y". There is a whole chapter on Alfred Salem and all of his brothers and sisters. I also have a copy of all his military service in the CSA. Lets stay in touch.

Joseph Squyres
I have no problem getting you a photo of my Great-Great-Great Grandfather Joseph Squyres tombstone. Allen Squyres, my Great-Great Grandfather who was Joseph son is buried there also. When you get to Diboll turn South East on FM 1818 and go about 3-4 miles and you will see the sign on the right side of the road. The cemetery sits behind the church. How are you related to the Squyres?

McCalls in Dudley Cemetery
Thank you so very much for taking the time for a stranger. I know how difficult it is to find time for anything in life, so your efforts are appreciated!

RE: Acker Cemetery
Hi, Great little Cemetery all Langford's my kin and others. I have a book called Settlers of Stevens County. With Langfords and related families. Errington's in some of the related familis. It doesn't start with J.C. Errington. There' about 15-20 names in index. Addie, Bertie, Billy, Brenda Clarence etc. are a few. If you have Errington line probably could fill in some lines. These located in Wagley Line.
