I have been a family historian nearly all my life...I truly believe that we can make better decisions about where we are going by knowing where we have been, those who blazed the path before us and left us legacies to live by.

I am researching the following:

Carroll, Pierce, Edington, Cheek, Chapman, Dallas County Missouri

Johnson, Burks - Webster Co, MO

Smith - Carroll Co, TN

Hamilton - Pope Co, ARK, Pittsburg Co, OK

Skeen - My brick wall. Charles Skeen b. circa 1875 in OK, known to have lived in Pittsburg Co OK in 1910 and moved to St. Louis MO after 1928

Thanks for taking a peeksie...

antioch cemetery
I am the owner of this property. Had no clue til today that a cemetery was here. and have owned the property for several months. Needless to say it upset me!! I would love for the families to come and see the area of the cemetery, maybe to help preserve the site. Thank you, Cindy

You are welcome. Glad I could find it! It is one of the hardest cemeteries to go to because a lot are in such poor shape, but yet, one of the most exciting when you actually discover one that you can make out good enough to post!

Thank you so much for the photo. Were you able to get photos of the other Olaeta members and the Fontana family? I really appreciate your help.

Carrolls in St. Mary's Cem
I had added the husband John D of Elizabeth J Carroll in St. Marys, Springfield, Greene, MO. and left a message on the fellows bio that entered her, with information. I just read those on his page and noticed you were related to a Carroll of Springfield, at Greenlawn Cemetery. Thought you may be interested in this fact. If not related, you can just ignore. This is meant to be a heads up, but if this is your family I will tranny to you by request. Unless the Carroll fellow I notified was related and he gets an e-mail off to me first and has it trannied to him.

John Carroll
Carrolls
Hi Sherry,
Actually I just kind of took it on myself to memorialize all the Carrolls in Missouri that I could find information on. To my knowlege I am not related to Robert Lewis Carroll. If you would like I will be happy to transfer ownership of his memorial to you since you are relation. You can then add information or change the bio in any way you like. Just let me know and send me his Find a Grave ID number.
Regards,
John W Carroll
