Thank you...thank you...thank you so very much for taking the photo of the Volney and Helen Cone tombstone! I sincerely appreciate your kind, thoughtful and generous help! Words seem inadequate to express my appreciation but please know I am indeed grateful!

James & Anna Oliver
Thank you again for the grave photo for James & Anna Oliver.
May I make a copy and put on her memorial page also? Or would you be able to & get credit for it.

God Bless you!

RE: Theodore Samuel Arnold
I have done this before, but never expecting the Manila Cemetery to transfer the person to me. What I clicked "edit" and I sent send birth information, name of parents, and if they would link him to his parents [if you know who they are], include a short bio. and Don't forget to say thank you.

It might take a day or so before you get a response, and it would be a good possibility they would transfer the memorial to you. Then you could add anything you want to the memorial, seeing as a Cenotaph is there, and then you can delete out your own memorial, knowing everything is in one place.

Let me know how it goes...Judi

RE: Theodore Samuel Arnold
The memorials duplicate each other - one with a cenotaph and yours without any mention of a cemetery. It just seems there should be some way to combine the memorials, but I don't how you would go about it.

RE: You must have this?
Hi Marilyn!

Thanks for the link on the Stratton child, John Earnst, in 1884. I did have a link, but not to the entire page! So, you are wonderful! :)

Thanks for doing this...it's so wonderful to have happy, helpful people on findagrave... Blessings to you!

I sure wish I could find something on Jane (Graham, Kitson) Stratton, the mother (my 3rd-great grandmother). She seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth after husband John Stratton died in 1885 in the 4th Ward of Ann Arbor.

I can't even find a birth record or her parents, just know the maiden name/married name from their marriage record, and the 1880 US Census states she was b. Canada about 1847. Of course, as you know, those census record can sometimes be way off... Have been stuck for years!

Oh well, that's the fun of genealogy research. One little clue at a time. :)
