I like going to old cemeteries and posting pics for future generations. Time can wipe away the writing on a tombstone. But the picture remains.
I welcome additional information and corrections.
I have surveyed and researched several cemeteries in Muskogee Co. and Sequoyah Co., OK.
You will find them on Oklahoma Tombstone Transcription, Muskogee Co. Cemeteries and Sequoyah County Cemeteries.
If you are related to someone I have made a memorial for, I don't mind transferring the memorial. If the memorial is for my relative, I might keep it but I'm not trying to keep my complete family tree, so please ask.
When asking for a transfer, please use the edit on the memorial and include your findagrave member number to transfer to.

Is this cemetery located north of I-40 in a field? I think it's also posted here on Find A Grave as a "Starr Cemetery." I would love to go to this cemetery if you ever feel like going again!

Hi Sheila -- while doing research today, came across the S.S. Death Index info for Oral Lee Fine (daughter of Martha Mattie Smith and Lynn Rufus Lee). The date given for her death was March 1980. Unfortunately, no day of the month was listed. Hope this helps. --Jackie Stephens | | | james pitman
