My interest in family history was formed by my grandmother in the early '70s as I helped her research her family. While I dabbled in family history over the years it wasn't until retiring my hobby became a frequent activity. My research efforts are limited to family members and span the British Isles, Germany and Poland. |

You are welcome. Irma Hill is buried next to him, I believe they share the same headstone, but no marking for her
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the picture of Octa Hendren's headstone. I simply could find nothing of when she died. Now I know she died in 1900.
Thank you very much!

Thank You for taking your time to get her headstone picture.
Only 17 years old when she died. Only been married 3 months. So young. She did not have time to check out this world.

I noticed that you added a photo of Sylvia Beach to her memorial. Are you a family member? Sylvia was my mom's best friend. They worked together at Cerritos Gardens Hospital(?). When my oldest daughter was born, Sylvia crocheted a beautiful afghan that is cherished by our family.
