|Darrell Landrum||Richard Carrington|
Hi Susan, I was out at Spring Hill yesterday to try to fulfill your photo requests for the Carrington family. Unfortunately, Richard has not been laid to rest there. The lady working in the office said that she went to school with him and knew him and his wife. She is certain that he is not at Spring Hill. She did say that she would be happy to talk to you if you were to call her during normal business hours.

You requested a transfer of this memorial, but merely stated "he is family" without including your relationship. I'm happy to add links or biographical information. Thanks, LG
Thanks for the information. I have linked him to his parents.

I made the links, deleted my photos (since you added more of the sam)e and transfered the memorials over to your care. Please let me know if I have made any others you would like me to give into your care. Cheers.

Thanks for the info Susan. I edited the caption for the photo on Hubert's memorial with your information about his wife's place of burial. THANKS!
|Oz||RE: Pinney markers|
Maury Cemetery is very close to me. It's rather large and it's difficult to locate markers there without the coordinates. The office is not open a lot, and the helpfulness of the staff varies like the weather. I'll keep an eye out next time I visit. I have a friend named Jonathan Orcutt, who is a realtor and part time actor.

There are quite a few more Pinneys interred at this cemetery.

She is now related to her parents who were buried in the Mount Mayo Cemetery. Think the
problem is resolved. Let me know.
BTW did you happen to know her grt grandson, William Earle "Ping" Betts. My husband and I had the pleasure of lunching and visiting with him serveral times before he died. Quite a man.

I am happy to add any additional information to his memorial. As this is my family I wish to keep the memorial, but very happy to work with you with any changes or corrections. Thank you for any help you may wish to send my way.

I believe that Elizabeth is on the same memorial as her husband. I did not post it because another volunteer had claimed it. No poaching allowed.
Anyway glad to be of service.
