Hello! Thanks for your notes. I have one of the trees Cora's appears on ancestry, as well as her husband, my distant cousin William. I did know her parents names but did not find a way to link them. Did you find them or did you want me to put the names in a bio? Also, I knew the name of William's 2nd wife but did not find a her grave in order to link her. Had you found it? "Alora" Stakey is found with her mother Almarinda Starkey in two Alabama census documents (1870 and 1880)and us born in 1864 (or 65 depending on birthday) in those documents. I believe the tombstone was probably carved incorrectly or there is perhaps a shadow in the photo. I believe the photo should be showing 1865 when it is instead showing 1885. I am putting 1865 as her birthdate on her find a grave records per the census documents and ages of her children.
