Thanks so much...I believe my brother-in-law and I actually drove through the "new" section last time I was there... probably early autumn of 2011, as best I recall. We found Gen Pickett's grave up there near the street/gate. We teased my daughter (newly engaged) that the gazebo nearby would be a nice 'quiet' location for her wedding... they chose a church east of I-95 instead. I also hope to visit Forest Hills Park someday. I'd read in the Times-Dispatch about a plaque or something being dedicated there for the family.
Just curious... Do you live in the Richmond area? I noticed that you had added info for several cemeteries in the Richmond/Petersburg area... then saw some from Charlotte, NC... I'm not too far from Chapel Hill.

| Harvey Family graves
Could you share more info of the graves at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, VA of the Bryan Harvey family? i.e. Which area of the cemetery? My daughter moved to Richmond shortly after their deaths and I learned about it through a newspaper article marking the first anniversary, I think.
I've been to the cemetery two or three times. We took the walking tour our first visit... very informative. A year or so ago I took my brother-in-law, who is a Civil War buff. We found the graves he was looking for and I saw a few I'd not noticed before.
